CANCELLATION POLICY

BOOKING MODIFICATION/CANCELLATION    
Cancellation is not allowed. This booking is 100% confirmed once paid.       
Modification is not allowed.

 

CANCELLATION DUE TO NATURAL CALAMITY    
The resort will not be held liable for services not rendered or any for any loss or damage due to natural calamity, flight or boat transfer cancellations because of bad weather condition. 

However, the room is re-bookable (if there is cancellation of flights and trips), but NOT REFUNDABLE. Rebooking is within one (1) month and is subject to rate difference and availability. 

Rebooking cannot be applied during peak dates.

 

BOOKING CHANGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE 
The amount paid is NON-REFUNDABLE in case of changes in booking upon arrival or during the guest’s stay.

 

CANCELLED/DIVERTED FLIGHTS 
The resort is not liable for any cancelled flights due to aircraft problems, the cancellation policy shall still apply.

NOTE: FAILURE TO DEPOSIT ON OR BEFORE THE OPTION DATE, BOOKING WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED.


CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS

For Travel Agency bookings, please present Hotel Voucher with 1 Valid ID upon check-in.
For Direct Bookings, please present Booking Confirmation, Deposit Slip and 1 Valid ID upon check-in.


CHILD POLICY

5-Years Old and above is consider as adult (same rate as adult)
4-Years Old below is free of charges (share w/ parents)
